This hotel provides a room for priority guests with free breakfast in the morning and a Happy Hour between 5 and 7 pm. The hostess for the evening, Havolyn, made everyone feel special and that their business was appreciated. She greeted most by name and made you feel special. More

Absolutely disgusting! Rust marks on the bathroom floor from leaky pipes, mold all over the bathroom, no closet!! Shower was gross, absolutely zero water pressure. Furniture was stained on headrests. Hotel staff was great. Very helpful, friendly, and genuine care for guests. Convenient shuttle service from airport. Great atmosphere. Kimberly (bartender) was excellent. I booked this on Priceline.com who claims this is 3 1/2 star property. I've stayed in nicer 3 star properties. The lobby is 3 1/2 starts, but that's it....ok, maybe the elevator too.
