I gave the hotel a poor but higher marks in the breakdown. How can this happen? The rooms in the Radius Tower are so small. It felt like a fancy jail cell. The lobby is busy, crowded, and loud. I think people stay here because they think it is trendy and safe. The Hilton is older but much better.

this was a great location with a great restaurant around the corner. the rooms are a bit small and the shower stall could be freshen up and they are remodeling so just wait. That being said I was safe and comfortable. the only challenge was getting into the small parking lot which is gated

Breakfast was nice - staff was excellent and friendly. Room was nicely renovated. Parking is $22 in fenced and razor-wired area (kinda scary!). View was not particular good from very small window. But we were visiting family so we didn't spend that much time in room. Bed was fairly comfortable.

We stayed just one night for a wedding. The rooms are very nice as they are completing a renovation. The bed was nice and comfortable with a corner couch to use otherwise. We did have an issue with the shower as the water was barely over lukewarm. Since we were only there for one night, we just dealt with it.... More

We stay 5 of us 2 adults and 3 kids in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It was a bit crouded in the room but beds were very confy and it was very clean. Staff was very friendly and the breackfast buffet was amazing. The food from the restaurant next door is excellent too. I... More

I've stayed at several Hyatt Places over the years. Brand wise I like everything BUT the bathrooms (which feel like a closet). It has the feel of a small apartment with open floor space. Separate area to watch TV in if desired. Beds are comfortable. Sundry, Bar, Breakfast are top notch for inclusive breakfast hotels. Layout of the lobby has... More

Stayed here for 5 nights for a city break in Atlanta. I was surprised by the size of the rooms, big and comfy. We had a huge kingsize bed and large corner sofa to relax on. The complimentary breakfast were tasty and perfect start to the day. We made use of the courtesy bus but walked to most downtown attractions... More

Good location in downtown area, close to major attractions (aquarium, CNN, convention center, Olympic park). Excellent bed and breakfast. Creative variations on scrambled eggs. Attentive and friendly staff. Great wifi (included). Clean but dated (management reports that renovations are just getting underway). Usual Hyatt Place format, but as room was smaller than I have experienced at other Hyatt Places, I... More

This is a beautiful hotel and reviews that say anything else are being way too picky. Price is low for the area. Parking is extra but most hotels downtown charge for parking. Restaurants are close by. They provide a private van that will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius of the hotel, which encompasses, The Georgia Aquarium, Coke... More

The hotel staff is superb! LJ at the front desk is very personable and takes care of all guests. All of the other staff is also caring and looking to make your stay the best possible. Our room was clean. I loved the seating area with a large L-shaped sofa and ottoman for casual conversations. I was also impressed with... More
