Got a great deal on the room, but the room was tired, shabby, and nothing special. The bathroom, while clean, needed to be overhauled. The location is great at Perimeter Mall area. The pool area wasn't inviting and both the pool and workout rooms were difficult to find. more

A third-person made our reservation not knowing our circumstance and when I contacted the W, at first it seemed they couldnt have cared less, stating we were "locked in" to our rates because we didnt give 48 hours notice.
