Was at this Hilton for 2 nights for a convention. Room was nice, we had it on the Executive Level. Hotel is grand and a lot of room to roam around, there were many people at the convention, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Overall service was just OK. Stay away from the bar by the lobby, some of the bartenders weren't... More

I booked this hotel as the first night's stay after a full travel day from the northwest. I got a great rate -- half what many other downtown Atlanta hotels were charging. And since this stay was only a one-night stay of a multi-night trip, I wasn't expecting much. Our room had a king bed -- but it was, oddly,... More

Customer service is poor from my experience. The complimentary breakfast for diamond members was very disapointing. Your choice of grits or oatmeal and frut. Dated. Not really much nearby hotel. Tried eating in restaraunt and no hostess to seat us and bartender clearly wanted nothing to do with us.

Our first time stay at the Atlanta Hilton and it went very well. From the front desk to the bell hops to the cleaning people we were not disappointed. The weekend was very busy and hotel was packed but we have no complaints at all. Thanks to all.

Got a great rate on Priceline. Arrived very late (early morning) and checked in as usual. I thought is was odd that the gentleman checking us in asked for my home address, but I was tired and gave it to him (big mistake) along with my American Express card (a card I seldom use). The first room we were assigned... More

Arrived Saturday June 28th for the ISTE Conference. Travel was rainy most of the way and traffic very congested in downtown Atlanta. Friends had texted that we would have a different check in experience, so we were ready. Angelo set the tone for our visit trying every possible way to be helpful and make us feel welcome in the process.... More

This hotel is very misleading tell you one thing over the phone and something different in person. Staff service average at best from front entrance to hotel staff. Watch your bill when you check out.

I recently spent a week at the Atlanta Hilton. The building was great, but definitely not 4-star and nowhere close to 5 star. The complimentary breakfast was so-so, especially for the 27th floor executive suite. Service is sub par. We waited good 20-30 minutes to get a beer at the pool. The front desk team was very good and warm... More

This hotel is the perfect location if you want to explore Downtown Atlanta, it will connect you right there, and I liked how the hotels had put Skyways with others to make it accessible to the Downtown area. It is much easier to walk to Peachtree Centre and Olympic Park. You cannot ask for a better price for a short... More

Nothing to surprise me at this Hilton hotel. As a Gold member thats working up to Diamond, I expected a little bit more.. from breakfast (they give vouchers), upgrades (none) to even things you dont require a status for (towels), everything was difficult. The complimentary breakfast is at their coffee shop, not restaurant.. so pick and choose some stuff and... More
