Stayed recently for a conference. Excellent location, close to airport & downtown. Immaculate appearance. They could have used a few extra employees at check in considering 2 buses full of people showed up and there were only 2 employees to check us in. They were however kind and considerate, even asking my preference of a high or low room. The... more

My weekend stay at the downtown Hilton was bad from start to finish. Check-in took about 30 minutes as the front desk thought I had already checked-in for some reason. I then learned that the Hilton's on-site parking for SUV's was "very limited"(both valet and self park) even though the hotel wasn't full and I had to park in a... more

I typically do not stay at the conference hotel due to the price, and this one was expensive. With the Hilton Honors I received a code for free internet access - however some of my colleagues also received free water. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. The beds were very comfortable and we ate in 2 of the... more

This hotel is solid but not up to par with some of the nicer hotels in the area. It is downtown but not centrally located downtown- it is a bit off on its own. The lobby area is huge and there is a coffee shop open 24 hours and a nearby gift shop open to 10 or 11. There is... more

Why cant this hotel just tell you upfront how much it will cost to stay in this hotel when you book a room. TOO MANY HIDDEN FEES. The hotel is obviously very old. The bathrooms are extremely tiny and they add on extra fee's for EVERYTHING. ITs 14$ per day to use the internet in the room and that's per... more

I stayed at the Hilton Feb 7- 11th for a confrence. Over all the stay was good, the room was clean and well stocked with towels, wash cloths and cups. The bed slept good and the view from room was the Alanta sky line. The bathroom was really small and in the morning I could hear the person in the... more

You will find this to be your typical Hilton. It has been recently renovated, the rooms are large, the bathroom is small. The location is across the street from the Marriott and I would say that for the cost difference, your will find the Hilton the better value. The staff were extremely friendly and we had a overall very good... more

We booked an Executive Room for our last night in the US and we we're not disappointed by the Hilton. It was well located, the facilities on offer were great and the service, especially the workers in the lobby was second to none. A really great hotel. more

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in a very long time. When I arrived into the hotel, there was hair on the comforter. The room was frigid and the heater barely worked. I turned it up to 75 degrees and it was still cold in the room. The heater was so loud it frequently woke me up. I... more
