Looking for more than predictable comfort? Looking for comfort with a spark? My wife and I found this exactly at The Social Goat B&Bi n Atlanta, Georgia. Although we expected to enjoy the animals at this unusual B&B, the owner"s Nigerian goats, big "friendly" turkeys, and cats Leon, Monkey and Bat Man added much more to our stay than we... More

We recently spent 6 nights at the Social Goat in our first visit to Atlanta, and couldn’t have been happier. The Grant Park neighborhood is filled with classic old renovated homes, with baby boomers walking dogs and youngsters galore. Nearby restaurants are casual, quirky and totally comfortable. It’s an ideal location from which to explore the zoo, the downtown, the... More

My husband & I recently visited the The Social Goat for overnight anniversary stay. We stayed in the Master Suite. The suite was very spacious, with a comfortable king size bed, large sitting area & a wonderful bathroom. The bathroom was huge and had a soaking tub and separate 2 person shower. Even though the room had been updated, the... More

We chose The Social Goat based on the reviews here on TripAdvisor, and man were they right. We stayed in the Third Floor Suite, which would be a perfect spot for a family of four (as long as you don't mind climbing some stairs. Heck, it's all in the name.......), even though it was just two of us. The house... More

Reservation process was easy and professional, and finding the B&B was easy. It's a good location - not far from major streets and freeways, yet right smack in the middle of a nice quiet residential neighborhood. Be advised that there are cats on premise, and they wander in and out of rooms; if I were allergic or strongly disliked cats,... More

We stayed during our visit to Atlanta while working at DragonCon. It was wonderful to get away from the crowds at this hidden oasis. Only 4 miles from downtown. The local area is nice and quiet, with a good variety of fast food and sit down Selections if you desire. The breakfast each day was great.

This place is a gem hidden within the city limits. It's in a great location and the presence of the farm animals was an added bonus. Who knew that goats were so funny? Kristy was very helpful with local information and ways to get from point A to B. And she also cooked a killer breakfast. I'd definitely stay here... More

I had an excellent experience at The Social Goat! The host was so hospitable and made sure all our needs were taken care of. We stayed in a very spacious room in the main house and slept in a bed that was very comfortable. As I had been driving for a week across the country, this bed and breakfast was... More

Beautiful big old house, very nice renovated. A little farm in a quiet neighborhood on walking distance of Grant Park and Atlanta Zoo. Very friendly welcome when we arrived after a three hour hot ballgame. Kristy took care of us in a very nice way. On the first night she drove us to the restaurants at the other end of... More

We stayed in the Carriage House for 3 nights. The house is quite large, with a kitchinette and a living room and a smaller bedroom and bathroom. Breakfasts are rich and delicious. The gardens are wonderful and the animals are treated like kings and queens. They are loveable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Kristie was very friendly, helpful and... More
