Obviously, more than 18 months. A significant portion of the windows are still blown out. But the problems are far more than cosmetic. The repairs have forced them to cover all the windows to the lobby converting it into a 70 foot deep cave. At checkin, prior to leaving for concert inquired with front desk why card was charged additonal 250.xx when I called prior to comming to consult regarding deposit/cancel policy. We had a great stay at the Westin this past week. We were there just overnight to attend a concert but I was really pleased with the location and amenities. We were within walking distance of the Georgia Dome and felt safe the whole way there and back. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. more

We stayed here and the service and rooms were average (certainly not what I paid for) The worst of it all is that we were told to park our car in the parking garage to prevent theft. We come to our car the next day and the dash was in the front seat. We were parked on the 7th level.... more
