I have traveled a lot for conferences, staying at Westins, Marriotts and the like, and I have to say that this is the best conference hotel I have ever stayed in. Perfect hotel for business. If you are interested in saving cash, dont eat at the Palms. Mediocre food, crazy money. But it is convenient. Hotel was clean, high end, staff was great, town felt safe around us as we were not near downtown Atlanta. The mall next door was awesome. Take the train (Red Line) from the airport for 2.50.... more
Thank you for taking the time to articulate such a wonderful review of our property. We are blessed at the fact that we have access options in Buckhead and a plethera of shopping and dining. With that said, I think you are right on when you state that the staff is great. Our staff makes the difference for our guests....

Location was great, especially for food options during conference lunch break. Room was nice. There were no shower caps- when I called down for one at night - they never came although the service desk said they were sending someone. I had to call back in the morning and the cap finally came. more
EVeryone in this hotel was extremely nice, very helpful. The rooms were wonderful. Nice flat screen TV. Very, very comfortable beds. Nice big bathrooms. Loved it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! more
