Absolutely terrible experience with the leadership staff of this hotel. While staying at the hotel for a conference, we had a camera stolen from our room. Come to find out, the door lock was not retracting completely and anyone could have waltzed into and had access to our valuables. The loss prevention officer witnessed the malfunction, yet neglected to put... More

This hotel is convenient to many great restaurants and shopping venues, and that is it's primary virtue. The room was expensive, but the view was nice. What bothered me most was, after paying $147 a night, I had to pay $12.95 a day for WiFi. Two years ago, I stayed in a small hotel in the Yucatan, and WiFi was... More

The JW is well-located within Buckhead, attached to Lenox Mall which is great for shopping. The amenities provided are comprehensive but the rooms are a bit dated and the other Marriott across the street is quite frankly just as good for about $30 less a night. Overall I would say this hotel is great but nothing impressive or really spectacular... More

I surprised my husband with a weekend at the JW Marriott in Buckhead for our 17th wedding anniversary. From the moment we go out the car, this hotel was on point. From the valet, to the front desk, to our beautiful room I was truly pleased with the leave of service we received. What put us over the top was... More

I attended a Conference in Atlanta Georgia which was held at the J. Marriott (Buckhead). OMG Hospitality "A" from the time I stepped out of my car to the front desk. I thought I was at the Four Seasons yes that great! Greeted with a smile and eye contact by "all" employees. Once I identified myself I was always greeted... More

Had to be in Buckhead for an event, so just stayed the night. Excellent location, staff and rooms. Front desk staff gave us upgrade to concierge level, then moved us when a noisy guest was next door. Great breakfast, great views. Only negative was parking, either $34 or a not-so-convienient, slightly less expensive self-park.

We stayed here overnight at the end of our latest US trip, the service here is fabulous, Bob on the front desk organised a late checkout and upgraded us. I had stayed the previous week at the Atlanta Marquiss and this was so much better, friendly attentive service from all colleagues we met, really close to 2 great shopping Malls.... More

I went to this hotel for a conference. I found the place very dingy. The bathrooms were not the cleanest. For such a large hotel that services many conferences, I expected it to be in better shape. I've been to Courtyards which were nicer. Stingy. I can't stand when you go to a hotel and they charge you for internet.... More

I asked for a handicap room 502 so I would be alerted in case of fire, (which did not happen). Unfortunately there were no drawers to put clothes in...although bathroom was extra large to accommodate a wheel chair. Front desk said they were going to change that in future. Telephone with captions and clothes hangers were all accessible. Staff extra... More

Thank you for your candid feedback. I am sorry were unable to accommodate you in a handicapped room. I too would have felt frustrated and apprehensive; however, I am glad our service and indor pool exceeded your expectations. I will be certain share you’re nice comments with Bruce our Concierge. I also wanted to let you know that we have... More
