This was my 1st trip to Atlanta and although I like the area this hotel was awful. The walls are paper thin so I could hear the comings and goings, arguments and personal "times" of everyone on our hall. Not only that but the entire hall wreaked of weed smoke which I was abruptly startled by hotel management at 12am... More

Rude staff (the restaurant is understaffed and the ones they have there dont care about anything - certainly not the guest) Dirty glasses & dishes (the glasses in the conference room and in our guest room were CAKED with debris - guarantee they haven't been run through a dishwasher in quite some time) Pretty much says it all.

The hotel was great and the location was phenomenal! I only had issues with their staff accountant, everyone else was pleasant and willing to do whatever it took to make the stay comfortable. I may stay again.

We were staying overnight in Atlanta and looking for somewhere close to the Aquarium and Coke museum that wasn't $200/night. We found a deal through Travelocity for under $100 for this hotel and took a chance. I understand that the cheap rates will usually get you the lower quality rooms and we were ready for that. However, the room we... More

I expect a certain standard when I visit Hilton properties. As a HH Diamond member, I enjoy the recognition and I certainly enjoyed the best upgrade on this visit than I have in the 12 or so years since I have become a HH member. That is probably why most of the reviews for this property don't come close to... More

Maybe my expectations are a little too high but as a HH Diamond for the past 5+ years I have to say it ranks as one of the poorest properties I have been in at Hilton. It's a former Marriott that still maintains the same tired and worn marriott furnishings (at least in my room). The Valet staff was awesome... More

This Doubletree's physical condition is not up to Doubletree standards. Conference rooms are mundane and generic, dated in décor and accoutrements. guestrooms - mine is a suite in a railroad layout - was disappointing. Carpet is shabby, furniture dated, popcorn-painted walls and ceilings exclaim "1980s". Its vibe is Soviet-era block housing rather than Doubletree warm and welcoming. The 'extra room'... More

Tiny, smelly, cramped room. The Double Tree brand is known for it's spacious, suite-style rooms. Not here! They have crammed everything into a single sized room at the rate you'd pay for a suite. There is valet only parking which means you can wait up to 30 minutes for your car and it costs an extra $30/day on your room... More

This is a very good property and is located just across the street from building one in Atlanta. Although the food good it is to much money as well as the wine and beer. 25.00 per day for a breakfast buffet is to much, even though it was good.

A friend and I stayed one night last week. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Tabernacle, as we were going to see a concert there. If I was going to go back for another concert, I'd probably choose somewhere else and just walk the extra distance. The valet staff was friendly, and offered to help me with... More
