We have stayed at the Georgian Terrace at least a dozen times. We fly there f/shows @ the Fox. We were getting so disgusted w/the deterioration of this historic hotel, we were ready to give up. But, this past visit, we were pleasently surprised. The hotel is under new ownership & management. Renovations everywhere! Painting, new furnishings, new front desk.... more

The staff is accomodating in every way. Check-in, baggage, parking, directions, house keeping - all are terrific. First Class all the way. The one bedroom is very spacious with a full size kitchen, a dining area, a large living room with a 42" Flat Screen. There is an additional sitting room with a fold out couch that can be used... more

We had Reserved & a completely pre-paid 'guaranteed' room. Following 36hr flight we were bumped to another hotel.,as the manager unemotionaly explained to us "an (unreserved) congress group wanted to stay an extra day".First day ,of only six, was totally wasted(unpacking, repacking, transferring)Finally got into our room at 4.0pm next day.Phone, despite many complaints, and daily 'repairs', never worked.Had to use pay... more

I stayed for two nights. Lobby was under construction. Staff said it'll be done by April. It didn't bother me. Staff is very good. Pleasant and attentive. Good security. Room small but comfortable. Comfortable bed. Good location. Restaurant food excellent. more

For the price, the suite was spacious but had items taken from the room last day and security was no help. more

We stayed one night at the Georgian Terrace as a fun get-away after seeing a show at the Fox Theatre. The location right across the street was fantastic, and we had an outstanding dinner at Baronda before the show. Parking at the hotel is $22 if you plan on parking and not driving, otherwise you can use their $25 valet... more

We went on a week long road trip from Toronto to New Orleans (about 2,000km one way). One of the reasons I wanted to see Atlanta was for the aquarium. We didn't care were we would sleep, but it was nice when I got this 3.5* (as per priceline) hotel for only $45+taxes. I loved the goose down duvets, super... more

The Georgian Terrace is a lovely old hotel with a central location. From it, we were able to walk to all the sites we wished to visit. The rooms were great and the breakfast was delicious. We truly enjoyed our visit. It was like having an apartment in Atlanta for our getaway. more

Booked this stay thru Priceline. This hotel is a very old lady and her age is showing... When we got there we had an extra guest with us and we were charged for an upgrade because we wanted 2 beds! I don't remember having to pay for an upgrade in any hotel we stayed at for the last 15 years,... more

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was o.k. My room was rather large with an ok view. The problem is the management, and the staff. I picked up my folded hotel receipt that was left under my door and put it in my suitcase. When I got home to expense my trip for work I noticed they... more
