We had an enjoyable stay here during our recent trip to Atlanta. We arrived on a Wednesday and this is the one night per week they have the General Manager reception. The GM introduced himself to us and welcomed us to town. Complimentary, beer, wine, soft drinks, bottled water and appetizers were served. The rooms were clean and provided essential... More

My wife and I stayed here and really enjoyed the experience. It is a nice hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. They went out of ther way to make our stay more pleasant. It is located on the corner of Peachtree and Piedmont in Buckhead so the location is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is free... More

We were concerned because the tripadvisor.com rating from when we originally booked to the present had gone down a bit. We called the GM and we discussed it. We were assured we would be happy...We have been! Excellent location, free parking in an excellent, well lit garage right next door. The staff could not have been nicer. Genuine caring that... More

This is a great hotel and and great concept. The Hyatt Place model creates a warm, homey feel but in a very professional sense. The hotel is upscale without being stuffy. The self-service check-in kiosks are great, and yet personnel are available to assist you as needed. In six days at this property, I never once left or entered the... More

Stayed with 2 young children, thinking this was a nice, safe hotel. What we experienced was the kind of hotel where clubbers and partiers run amok on a Saturday night. There were people partying in several rooms on our floor---very loud and intoxicated men and women and running from room to room. Someone even fell/banged into our door. I called... More

I had issues with this place from the start - I arrived at dusk and the parking ramp totally creeped me out... I've lived in NYC, Paris - just didn't feel safe in this ramp for some reason. I also found the room clausterphobic - very little natural light and oddly dirty. Carpet was filthy, there was lint and dust... More

I can't even begin to get into all the details of why I would never recommend staying at this hotel because I would not have enough room. But all I can tell you for sure is Hyatt Place is not a real Hyatt. However, I am concerned that Hyatt has gone down in general. In 2005, I had my wedding... More

I stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was great. Went all the way to please my stay in every manner. Very corteous and saluting. Room was very clean, spacious, with great amenities. Free parking, free internet, free breakfast a great plus. Many great restaurants within 1-10 minute walk. Lenox Mall very close too for great shopping. The only issues i... More

I'm here now and it screams Holiday Inn more than Hyatt. You may want to rethink this hotel. The carpets were cleaned today and the smell of wet carpet hit me when I got off the elevator, phew. My room was directly behind a very loud dryer or air circulator they're using to try to dry the carpet. I asked... More

Where do I began. The service here was awesome. It was beyond what I imagined. I stayed here for my sons 14th birthday. Phillip @ the front desk arranged for my son to have a cookie & juice tray sent up to the the room. I upgraded my room to a suite on the 18th floor! The skyline was beautiful... More
