This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here with a group of friends. The hotel is set in a small village about 15 min drive from Ronda. It is quite unique as it was an old windmill, with lots of interesting rooms and its position next to a small river is idyllic. The bedrooms are very... more

This was an arranged trip called Turkey and Tinsel we stayed as a group and the hotel was fabulous, a nice peaceful place with wonderful scenery. The Christmas meal was excellant , not the usual meal for 36 people. The dining room was decorated with the Christmas theme The staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. This was one of the lovliest, most comfortable, beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in during many many years of travel. The setting in the mountains outside Ronda in Andalusia was lovely and convenient for visiting most of the Pueblos Blancos. The room was spacious, modern, well-planned and spotless. The food was excellent in the restaurant. Breakfast was a fabulous... more

Thats what my wife moira said when we arrived for our 15th visit to molino. We visit Molino Del Santo annually, sometimes twice, when we require to 'switch off' in a beautiful rustic andalucian hotel that provides consistent year on year service of the highest quality. The setting, in a wonderful spanish garden with discreet pool is stunning. You enter... more

Location stunning and food a highlight - best we'd had in two weeks touring southern Spain. Enjoyed the ambience of the hotel and retreat-like situation but with plenty of activities or sightseeing if that's what you want. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to step off the treadmill for a while. Staff very friendly and helpful. more

We stayed at the Molino with my two young children, my parents and my brother. We were there to celebrate my Mums 50th birthday. The rooms were lovely, clean, spacious and perfect for all our needs. The pool was lovely and clean, and was never too busy. The atmosphere was always relaxed and the staff were fantastic, nothing too much... more

The Molino del Santo is that rare thing – a brilliant hotel where everything lives up to the exacting standards perfected by its British owners Andy and Pauline Chappell. The location is wonderful for those wanting to experience the ‘real Spain.’ Go in spring or autumn and it’s perfect walking country. You don’t even have to use your car. Just... more

Jennifer and I live in southern Spain and regularly stay at the Molino de Santos. This hotel embodies all that is good in providing fantastic accommodation in an idyllic tranquil location, all at a reasonable price. The kitchen provides amazing food to both the inside and external restaurant areas. In general the hotel provides a standard of service which is... more
