We booked in overnight at the hotel, because we wanted to enjoy the fabulous tasting menú to the full. We sat outside on the beautiful terrace alongside the rushing stream, enjoying the summer evening air. All nine courses were absolutely delicious, each one accompanied by a generous glass of wine selected by the chef to complement the particular dish. The... More

we came back with friends for a second time in October and it was just as good, having been drawn to the area by the TV program by Michael Portillo and his Bradshaw's guide which focused on the railway that ran from Ronda down the coast we originally stumbled on this hotel by chance, in need of sustenance we decided... We travelled by train from the coast and had booked the Restaurant by recommendation. What a wonderful place we had a most wonderful lunch, the owners were very polite and accommodating.and when we went for a walk in the afternoon we met them and had a chat with them. We returned to the restaurant for late tea as our train... More

October 2014 WAS OUR 1ST VISIT TO Molino del Santo after seeing a very positive view in local Spanish press. We have been visiting southern Spain for a number of years and love RONDA, which is close by . We arrived early afternoon to a beautiful, rural setting. Easy to park and the reception staff were lovely . Our room/suite... More

In the spring I spent a week at the Molino with a group doing a hiking and cooking program and had a fairly basic room on the ground floor of the main building. This time I went with a friend (Had been there nigh on to 20 years ago with my husband when there were only seven guest rooms.) for... More

Having returned here a few times now, this may be less objective then you would like. However, the real question is why we do we go back? Well, in as few words as possible, the welcome, the food, the standards and the sheer Andalucían beauty that pervades everything around here. Whether you want to lose yourself in the environment and... More

We have a home not far from here in Olvera, but this is the place for us to come for a few home comforts, as well as beauty, quiet, and, yes, real luxury. Now this is luxury that is from the heart, with a realistic nod to conservation and with a fine eye for art, support of local artists and... More
