This is our third visit to this charming, quiet and comfortable retreat in the Andalusian hills. Set alongside a gushing river, the picturesque buildings hold tastefully decorated rooms, with comfortable beds and Spanish furniture. The kettle is an appreciated bonus. Large fluffy towels and pleasant toiletries. No TV, which means that a post-prandial stroll through the small village is a... More

Didn't stay at the hotel ( but definitely plan to) just stopped for coffee on recommendation of 'walking-in-the-ronda-mountains' guide book. Returned for a drink after a walk to Jimera and booked for lunch the following day as the food looked so appealing and the place had such a friendly atmosphere. Had one of the best meals of our trip.

This was our second visit to Molino Del Santo and it was just as good as the first. This time we were visiting with our 14 month old son and we were all made to feel very welcome. We stayed int he junior suite which was perfect for families as it had a separate room. There was a good quality... More

We were the first ones through the door when Molino opened for the season on 6th March, just as good as always - we just cannot stay away so we will be back there again in Spetember/October !! We must have been visiting Molino for at least 25 years which says it all.The area is so peaceful and Ronda is... More

We returned to the Molino for the first night of the 2015 season. The dining room has been completely remodeled together with the menu, absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere and service is still the best you will get anywhere in Spain and the hosts Pauline and Andy are a joy.

Spent five nights here in October 2104 with my mum, and Molino was exactly what we needed for a lovely relaxing break. As we'd been before we didn't do too much exploring - apart from a shopping trip to Ronda and a drive to a couple of mountain villages - but took time to enjoy the village, the hotel gardens... It's been a few weeks since returning from another visit to Molino and it just gets better. We wanted a relaxing week in autumn sun, wonderful surroundings, great food and fantastic service and that is exactly what we got! We have celebrated here in style for special occasions, but also found the calm we needed when we had to 'regenerate'.... More

Spent a week at Molino in October - what can I say! Idyllic setting, perfect weather, relaxing in the sun by the pool and to cap it all, terrific food! The atmosphere at Molino is one of relaxed, friendly efficiency with everyone going out of their way to ensure that one's stay is absolutely perfect. Many thanks to Andy and... More

We booked in overnight at the hotel, because we wanted to enjoy the fabulous tasting menú to the full. We sat outside on the beautiful terrace alongside the rushing stream, enjoying the summer evening air. All nine courses were absolutely delicious, each one accompanied by a generous glass of wine selected by the chef to complement the particular dish. The... More
