This was our third stay at Molino del Santo. We love it and it is beginning to feel like a home away from home. The staff are all very personal, friendly and helpful. The dining is top notch giving a modern spin on traditional and local Spanish cuisine. We live in a bigger city in Spain and so to come... More

unless you want glitz, glamour and noise. My partner visited for the second time early November and were greeted with beautiful weather (it was raining on the coast). The warmth of the hotel hits you as soon as you enter the small reception area. The smell of an open fire greets you in the lounge area where there are comfortable... More

An amazing place to relax amongst extremely friendly staff. The grounds are so picturesque with a waterfall running through them. A heated swimming pool with sun beds around, beautiful plants in the gardens make it so relaxing. Breakfasts are very good with healthy options. Evening meals are excellent but rather pricey.Caferia meals are a welcome option and can be eaten in... More

My wife and I have stayed at the Molino del Santo many times over the last 25 years; it has got better and better, and is now undoubtedly one of the best small hotels in Europe. The warm welcome, attentive, friendly and efficient service, the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, the excellent and varied cuisine, and the relaxed, peaceful ambience all... More

This year 2015 we have been three times at El Molino del Santo. No further recommendation needed, isn't? Next year we surely will stay again at El Molino del Santo and will take again friends and family to share the joy. We love the location, the hotel with the nice rooms, the fantastic service, the tasty food .... the heated... More

We have been to this establishment many times and each time it impresses. Despite the official low star rating, the Molino is excellent in every way: the accommodation is superbly comfortable, the surroundings picturesque and relaxing and the gastronomy and service superb. What is most impressive about it is the welcome one gets. Returning guests are greeted like old friends... More

Molino de Santo is the perfect location to stay if you like fantastic service, beautiful countryside and scenery, peace and quiet. The grounds are stunning - overlooking the river shrouded by enormous fragrant fig trees. It is just spectacular. To top it all off, the restaurant is excellent. The food is delicious and the must have leche frito is divine!... More

We took the train from San Roque to this charming village. A five minute stroll to the hotel and a lovely, friendly welcome. This place has ambience. The staff were all really helpful and we felt quite at home. The room was spotless and we slept really well, with the sound of the river in the background. The lunch and... More

Wow what an amazing place to stay, the rooms were immaculately serviced, the staff were so friendly and even more than that they were all happy, which always says a lot about how a hotel is run, my husband and I slept like logs, in this modern age so good to get a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel offered lovely... More
