We loved our stay at the Charleston House. Not only were the accomodations charming but the innkeepers could not do enough for us...including driving to a restaurant to make a dinner reservation for us (when the phone line remained busy) . We we delighted with our room, which had privacy, a very comfortable high bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi and with the location, just steps away from the center of town. I was delighted to spend two nights at the lovely Charleston House in the heart of Woodstock. My room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. We loved the 3 days we spent here. The hosts were lovely people who gave lots of advice and were very friendly. Breakfasts were gorgeous - I still fanatasise about the pancakes. The accommodation was very well-presented - characterful and really good quality, great beds and bathroom. And Woodstock is a wonderful place to stay. more
