We thoroughly enjoyed our one night in a most comfortable room and enjoyed a terrific breakfast. Sue and Bob are great hosts; very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay in their home again if we returned to Woodstock. Thanks Sue and Bob.

Woodstock is a very nice town (village?). Made even more so by the knowledgeable and helpful hosts Sue and Bob. The breakfasts were wonderful and conversation with other guests and the hosts interesting. The room was nice, spacious and the bed comfortable.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at the Canterbury House B&B and it was absolutely wonderful. The house is charming, the rooms are spotless and the hosts are the most friendly and accomodating two people we've ever met - truly they know the meaning of being hosts. We stayed at the room at the top of the house -... More

This is a lovely, friendly B&B in "downtown" Woodstock, Vermont. The porch and adjoining garden are pleasant areas to read or chat. The hosts are convivial as well as extremely attentive and helpful. The property is well-kept and very attractive. Breakfast was creative, varied and well-managed by the hosts, with a single seating the norm while we were there. This... More

After a very long drive from New York on our road trip, we had a great stay at the Canterbury House Inn, Bob and Sue really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answered our many questions regarding the history of the house and Woodstock itself. We ate at Bentleys in the village which was excellent.... More

My wife and I enjoyed our time at the Canterbury Inn. The Inn is well located near all the fun things to do in Woodstock. The house is charming and historic; but the best part was breakfast, which were fantastic, and a great way to start the day.

This was our first experience with a B&B and we were very happy with it. Bob and Sue are excellent hosts: attentive, personable, and outgoing without becoming intrusive. My wife and are fairly introverted so we were a little apprehensive about staying in someone's house, but they made us feel at home while also giving us space. The house itself... More
