The two of us stayed for a couple of nights in summer as part of a last-minute getaway to Vermont. Overall, the Ardmore Inn was an outstanding place to spend a weekend. The good: + The innkeeper Charlotte is so delightful and helpful. She spent lots of time with us upon arrival to get us oriented in town and give... More

Stayed here for a night on a trip round New England - best B&B we stayed in. Lovely rooms and communal areas including comfortable lounge lined with well-stocked bookcases. Very useful information provided by Charlotte on local area and for our next day's drive down to the coast. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful getaway trip in Woodstock which in no small way due to our stay at the Ardmore. Innkeeper Charlotte is one of the nicest people you will meet. Breakfasts are those to dream about and you get your choice every evening for the next morning. Yes, there is no TV but we didn't mind... More

My wife and I stayed here on two separate occasions when in town to run a local road race and we enjoyed our stay both times. It's a short trip to local restaurants and stores and the area surrounding the inn looks quintessential New England. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and it was clear a great deal of... We stayed at the Ardmore on the Friday following Thanksgiving. Charlotte and Cary were wonderful hosts for our stay. We were greeted warmly, and were given thorough information about our rooms and the amenities of the inn. We were also provided with recommendations for dinner that evening. The inn is beautifully appointed with period furniture, and guests are provided with... More

We stayed in the inn for 3 nights. The room was nice and spacious with a fireplace. There was no Tv though but it suited us well. Clear highlight was the breakfast where Charlotte prepares a different dish everyday and you have a choice of 4 options. At the end of it you are good until dinner. Only negative thing... More

The Ardmore Inn is a fine B&B located about a five minute walk from the heart of Woodstock. It is a house from the mid-1800s that mixes 21st Century comfort and convenience with a Victorian feel. We arrived on a Friday around 2:30 pm and were informed politely but firmly that check in is at 4:00 and that while we... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ardmore Inn. Our hostess Charlotte was very welcoming and a wealth of information about the Woodstock area. The inn is in a fantastic location, especially if you like to explore on foot. We parked our car in the driveway and used it only once during our two night stay. As others have mentioned,... More

We just returned home after a wonderful stay at the Ardmore Inn. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Woodstock. The rooms were all lovely. We stayed in the Reeve Lindbergh room which was the smallest (but also the least expensive). The other rooms also looked great and each... More
