The Lincoln Inn is a delightful place to stay with charming interior and the most hospitable Inn Keepers that we experienced on our 3 week trip through New England. The restaurant, Mangowood is wonderful and a must to experience. more

We chose this B and B because of the location (convenient to Woodstock VT), and the fine restaurant attached, Mangowood. The room was pleasant and clean. There was a nice library to sit in and read or watch TV. The breakfasts were extremely good and were expertely prepared by co-owner and chef Theresa who also presides over the cuisine of... more

We recently stayed at the Lincoln Inn during a weekend getaway with friends. Our room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The eclectic decor was more modern than you would usually find at a B&B but still in keeping with the charm of the building. The library was a comfortable place to hang out and chat in front... more

My husband and I stayed at the Lincoln Inn with some friends for a long weekend and loved it. It was the perfect getaway, just outside of Woodstock village. The inn is very warm and comfortable, like being a guest at a good friend's house. The rooms, the food, the fireplace, the owners--all rave reviews! I'll start with the rooms...they... more

The Lincoln Inn has been very good to us. We’ve stayed at the Lincoln Inn two times within the last year and enjoyed each of our stays. Amy and Theresa are fantastic people and very accommodating. The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated, and the comfort of the bedding puts you right to sleep. The food is delicious too! We... more

Searching for a Woodstock-area romantic getaway destination, we happened upon the Lincoln Inn which, to our tastes, was just the eclectic, funky exception to Woodstock's fussy, frilly lodging that we were searching for. Though many guest rooms seemed small and with showers only, we luckily booked our favorite pick--appropriately titled "Romance"--that included sumptuous shades of red, luxurious fabrics, Asain motifs,... more

The website for this place gives an overrated impression. For one thing it's not actually in Woodstock but about a 10-minute drive down the road. During our recent visit to New England this was the probably the most disappointing of eleven lodgings we visited on our circular tour. Our room was adequate with a King bed, although the decor was... more

This Inn had a homely feel about it and has many quirky aspects. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The food was unusual in variety and mix and overall good- with tofu being an exception ! The grounds down to the river are simple but very pleasant and the hammock is good fun for all ages ! My teenage... more

The Lincoln inn is beautiful little Vermont B&B. The inn itself is situated very close to but still outside the village of Woodstock, Vermont. Its situated along the Ottaqueechee River, right next t an old covered bridge! the inn itself is very nice, very charming as are the hosts. The rooms are charming, very nice by B&B standards, but like most... more
