My husband and I wanted to experience an old fashioned Christmas in a small town, and no one does it quite like Woodstock. I picked this inn because it was not right in town, but a bit more quiet. I read all the wonderful reviews here, and they were spot on. We were only about 5 minutes from town, but... More

My son and I came up for an early December ski weekend and stayed two nights at the Farmhouse Inn. Everything about our visit was wonderful. We stayed in the Maple Room, which had two twins (perfect for us) and a private bath (small but clean and new). The bedding and towels were plush and comfortable--all the details were perfect.... Many excellent b&bs/inns have "nice," "helpful," and "friendly" innkeepers, but Tori and Barry are more like your warmest and most interesting friends. Other highlights were the multi-story barn, resident dog and cat, and beautiful views. We don't often repeat visits to the same place but would happily return to the Farmhouse Inn for more relaxing and exploring.

My wife and I cannot rave enough about the qualty time we spent at the Farmhouse with Tory and Barry as our hosts. From the moment that we walked in until the time of our departure four days later, we were in an atmosphere of "home away from home". We were treated to a room that was immaculate, warmly decorated... More

It was nice that this Inn was not directly in Woodstock. That made it quieter and more country feeling. We arrived at the Inn at night, it was a bit hard to find at first in the dark when coming from the west but we made it. The inn keepers were very welcoming and even helped carry our luggage up... What can one say about such a wonderful, warm, hospitable Inn? We've taken with us lasting memories of lovely Inn keepers (even the furry ones!), beautiful rooms as comfortable and inviting as anyone could hope for. The most delicious food carefully and creatively crafted by Tory...local, fresh and totally AMAZING! YUMMY! We'd hoped to get away for a relaxing weekend... More

We had a wonderful stay here for two nights of our honeymoon. The house, barn, and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The owners are gracious hosts and the breakfasts are delicious. We couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended! We hope to visit again soon!

We stayed at The Farmhouse Inn on Sunday night of last week on a tour through New England and I can safely say you'd be hard pressed to find better, friendlier, homelier accommodation anywhere. Barry and Tory keep an immaculate home that has all the touches you'd hope for in a B&B - (incredibly) comfortable beds, fresh/fluffy towels, delicious breakfast,... More

We stayed here 2 nights, in one of the third floor rooms. The room was simple, but nice, with private bath. The common spaces are wonderful, with many places to get comfortable. Barry and Tory are great and dedicated hosts; from the wonderful communal breakfast to the enthusiastic tour of the huge barn and property. Great stories about the early... More

We were excited to stay at the Farmhouse Inn, with the 5 story barn. But being there was better than we could have imagined. We were ready to leave. The Robinson family was warm and welcoming. The Inn is beautiful and the rooms were designed to meet every need. Breakfast was wonderful. We stayed at several Bed and Breakfasts and... More
