The hotel is in a great location in Bugibba. Shops, bars reastaurants, bus station and pastizzeria all within a sort walk. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. No problems with the service or buffet breakfast. Ideal base for a cheap short break in Malta.

Lifts of some floors , particularly on levels 1 and 2 do not work, or are giving an erratic service on 12-14 th March 2013. I have just finished retyping a second letter of complaint to Mercury Direct about a Christmas holiday my Inlaws endured at this hotel, they are both in thier seventies and paid for the so called superior room on the seventh floor, which i may add are exactly the sames as the other floors, basic,dirty,windows and patio doors do not fit... just back from another really good week at this place, value remains constantly good, our rooms were spotless and cleaned regularly, staff always smiling despite having to cope with some serial moaners, some of whom, just seem to be in constant compensation culture mode for the most insignificant thing, which i am sure the don't have at home anyway!! special...
