Sold a sea view, got there only to find there isn't one! Tea/Coffee not provided in the rooms extra charges for everything which is normally taken for granted in a 4 star. The bedding was grey pillows too awful to dare look inside the pillow slips, do I need to go on? more

Just recently returned (13th Oct ) from the Bella Vista. The hotel was clean and the staff quite friendly, however this was the worse hotel i've been to for pool facilities.
