We arrived after the evening meal had finished but food was made available and the drinks were still available as we were all inclusive. arrived very late due to plane delay but reception staff gave us welcome pack with water fruit and sandwiches at one in the morning , and were very welcoming. plenty of choices at meal times and staff very helpful. hotel very good position with bus stop outside front of hotel and very good bus service every half hour or less.... My hubby and I have stayed at the bella vista 3 times the last time november 2009 and we are going for our 4th holiday there 17th sept 2013 we have always found it good value for money and have always had a very nice time you get what you pay for thats my opinion

Not a bad hotel, you get what you pay for. Rooms clean and comfortable but bathroom was very dark as are the communal areas.
