My husband and I stayed here for 9 days half board at the beginning of July 2009. At first we were allocated a room with a balcony overlooking the busy road... more

We arrived late, we had no details from the man who collected us from the airport, we missed the meeting in the morning as did not know what time it was. The food was lovely as was SOME of the staff, the rooms are very shabby for 4 Star, I had a Wood Termite munching for the last week of... more

We arrived after quick flight, missed dinner but expected they'd save us a salad or something. Reception told us to ask at bar and they'd give us sandwiches. I asked Mr 'Grumpy' at the bar who nearly cut me off--saying we have none! When reception checked, they said they hadn't delivered any! I'd have thought any 4star hotel would have... more

Just come back from the Bella Vista after a two week half board holiday. After reading some reviews we were a little bit apprehensive but we shouldn't have worried. Firstly the hotel has seen better days but so have most of the buildings in Malta, but the hotel was clean and the maid service is excellent. We were lucky to... more

Just returned from an all-inclusive trip booked through Travelzoo. I came on here prior to departure to read some of the reviews and thought that it seemed suitable but hardly a Hilton. However when I got there and certainly by the end of my stay, I have to say that I considered some of the reviews on here are unduly... more

We have just returned from an all inclusive week at this hotel. Firstly the good points- The staff were, in the main ,friendly and helpful. The food was varied and of a good standard. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The not so good points were- The timings of the meals, particularly the evening meal, which had to be eaten... more

On arrival our room was ready & we even got moved to a twin room instead of a double once they realised we were mum & daughter. The rooms were adequate standard considering the amount of money we paid, the shower was a plus. The reception staff very helpful in answering questions & giving tips/directions. The hotel has a free... more

Travelled here with sister for a weeks stay all inclusive. Arrived here just after midnight and were allocated room 229. The room itself was reasonable size with a small fridge and small TV which had true movies 1 and 2 in english which made a change from the usual offerings in spain of just an english news channel !!. However... more
