Loved the Soreda Hotel all staff friendly and the maid service was great. We had a room on the 4th floor and it was lovely. Will be looking to return to the Soreda next year. Just arrived back from a 10 day half board holiday for me, my husband and 3 teenage boys. The rooms were clean and nice. The boys room had a single room and a twin which helped alot. rude inefficent staff dirty dinning area dirty pool area whole hotel poorly maintained air conditioning never working over run by bus groups of youths only thing that was nice was the fresh flower arrangement on the reception desk the worst all inclusive experience i have ever had.
