On arrival exactly as the brochure and website showed with helpful and efficient reception staff and I thought yes this is going to be good. Reception and lower floor bar area kept up to standard and very clean, rest of hotel bedrooms, outside bar, swimming pool area, public toilets substandard and in need of upgrading. The Seashells Resort at Suncrest offers various opportunities to its guests in terms of different outlets, a discotheque, kids club etc. The sea in front of the hotel is always very clean and of good quality. Staff at suncrest very friendly and efficient. can't fault them however the food is disgraceful and after only eating in the hotel 3 times my husband came down with food poisoning! We highly recommend the Suncrest Hotel at Qwara in Malta, with its comfortable rooms, good food, friendly staff, large pool, and sea swimming off rocks; yet only 10 minutes by car from Golden Bay, a gently shelving sandy cove. I HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM A WEEKS STAY IN THE SUNCREST.. IM NOT ONE FOR TWISTING ON..... BUT................. Im afraid the bad points first..
