What can i say about the apartments ,they need to spend some money on new sofabeds and bedding they were very worn and had marks on them .We paid for a superior room and was going to move to a better hotel but my hubby said sleep on it. In the morning after a good night sleep the room was... More

Stayed here for a week while taking a diving class. The entrance set the scene - dark and dismal. Staff were friendly, but the bar resembled a prison canteen. The corridors were unlit, depressing echoing caverns. The apartment itself was poor - grubby tiled floors, dirty sofabed, bed that fell apart one night, threadbare sheets too small for the bed,... When we arrived at this place I hoped that looks would be deceptive. Unfortunately they weren't. We were given a key and directed to room. There was no light in the corridor so I could barely see the keyhole. This was in the middle of the day. When we opened the door we were met with a lumpy double bed... More

Was at the Clover last week in August which is still in season and not when i usually stay there. Despite this i was still able to get a decent room overlooking pool at short notice. Quite a few families this time which was nice to see . The bar was open then too but i believe it has now... More

Great little apartment hotel. Well located for Bugibba bus station, prom, cafe's, small shops, restaurants and aquarium complex including Cafe Del Mar. Staff friendly and helpful. Normally, very clean with daily bed making service and towel change. Fantastic sun trap sun terrace & sheltered pool. Bar not open in October and no food available but as said a very short... More

Excellent location and great value. Thanks to the reception staff who are very good with any requests our stay was very enjoyable. We never cooked but the facilities were there if we wanted to. We stayed at the Santana before but were going back to clover apartments next time. Don't go here looking for five star luxuries, Your not paying... More

Stayed for 8 nights, arrived 12 September. Reception staff very helpful, pool view room, very clean and spacious. Could always get a sunbed and a space next to the pool. On some days, we had the pool to ourselves. This hotel is so cheap....around €32 per night....then guests moan about the smallest things, expecting a 5* hotel. This isn't a... More

the room we stayed in was very small, dark and dirty, we complained about the cooker which was covered in grease and something out of the sixties which had to be lit by matches. The next day the "handy man" came to have a look agreed it was unacceptable and arranged for the room to be cleaned again. We went... More
