we stayed at the crown for four nights. we arrived late so we did not unpack out bags just went out for a meal then to bed.went to shower in the morning only to fine cockroach number 1 in the shower. when reported to reception they offered to move us, we declined as they said they would fume the room.... more

Having read some negative reviews, as well as positive, about this hotel, we were a little anxious. However we could not have asked for more. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of choice, everything looked and tasted fresh, and the setting was very pleasant also.... more

We have stayed at The Crown Hotel twice and found the service and staff very efficient, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the food is good. The hotel was very difficult to find by car in the back streets of St Pauls Bay, it is not 4star, more like 2star. Our room was small, basic with a balcony overlooking the road, often noisy in the mornings. The TV was ancient and remote had to be collected from reception -really! - Who would want to steal it... more
