This hotel is in a very good location with amazing views of St. Paul's bay. Having read other reviews on here I was a little worried. The room we stayed in was nice enough and we had an amazing sea view which was really beautiful. It definitely has it's plus points but there are also areas it could improve on.... More

Booked late but all the experiences with staff was excellent , full marks to mercury direct but the hotel is looking tired. Leaks springing everywhere even dining room. Lifts with a mind of their own. But the worst thing of all was the meals definitely not four star!!! The meals were poor. Boiled egg in shell with sausage eggy bread... More

We have had an absolute ball here at this hotel. It is not perfect but it was in a perfect position, close to some great swimming , walks, traditional streets, churches etc. Great little eatery 5 mins away with great staff fast service and a view of St Pauls Bay AND so cheap!!! It was good to be a little... More

This is the second time we have stayed here. Hotel is certainly going downhill. Food is very disappointing. Bedding very dodgy colour. I thought room smelled of urine which made my husband laugh as he couldn't smell it. Found where smell was coming from on last day Someone must have ruined in corner of room. Toilets in reception disgusting. Location... More

Hotel was clean and the majority of the staff very helpful and welcoming. Although the location was just on the outskirts of the town , it was a short walk to the centre. The pool area was very nice although we were disappointed that the pool side bar was not open even though we were told that I should be... More

Totally agree with one review just read a fantastic location but terrible management and although breakfast staff very friendly and helpful that's where the praise stops ! A wonderful week ruined by unhelpful, rude reception staff. We had problems from start, key didn't work and wasn't resolved until next day,air conditioning on timer and set temperature of24% with no access during daytime...
