Our first ski holiday with children and what a find! A warm and genuine welcome await and the service is beyond amazing, we felt cared for in every way and nothing is too much trouble for Mandy and her team. We have had great food, snacks and a fabulously reasonable priced bar - make sure you try an Izzy cocktail.... More

Januarary 2015 Oh the tales of my single days. I could bore you but this is all about family. Prior to the arrival of the kids I was an enthusiastic skier. My wife does not share the passion. After years of threatening a ski holiday I finally booked one for myself and the kids (aged 9 and 7) . My... More

The Valverde is very typical of Esprit chalet hotels and you very quickly feel at home and get into the daily routine. Childcare was possibly a little less enthusiastic than previous holidays but still excellent. This was our 5th Esprit holiday and although the food was good it perhaps lacked the finesse of previous (larger) chalet hotels. Hot buffet at... More

We have stayed here twice as part of a package skiing holiday through Esprit Ski. Okay, so it isn't a luxury hotel and its not perfect but for a family hotel in a ski resort it has everything we needed. They have recently created turned 9 rooms into connected rooms which are better suited for families. Rooms are clean, simple,... More

Well we have been with Ski Esprit many times and this is not the worst hotel but we won't be back. Wifi - advertised but not functioning although it appears when you search. I didn't find anyone during our stay who was able to actually connect. The staff said there was a fault in the valley with wifi - really... More

Stayed at this hotel with Esprit for family ski holiday. It was at full capacity as Feb half term but staff coped admirably. Hotel decor a little tired but clean and comfortable. WiFi patchy, best during the day when everyone skiing!

Stayed at this hotel with Esprit Holidays a family centred company. The rooms was basic but clean and v nice, had a DVD and nice en-suite (some shower and some bath) good child friendly, sliding doors and interconnecting rooms. Friendly staff and only 10 meters from lift, highly recommended and great food. Town is very quite no apres ski only... More

had a week here in Jan 15 via esprit ski - nice hotel and staff really tried hard to look after everyone. Lovely food all week, rooms fine ( although wall a little thin so could hear next door), and super comfy louge area. Great kids club and staff. Ski area ok but too affected by wind and there really... More

We spent 2 very enjoyable weeks here in August 14. The hotel is central to the village, with a chairlift just yards away. There is a spa in the basement. The room was basic but always clean and comfortable. The food was always of a very high standard, with plenty of choice at breakfast, dinner and even for the packed... More

We spent 2 weeks holiday in the middle of August at the Chalet Hotel Valverde in Gressoney. We were new to Chalet Hotels but not to Inghams. The hotel, the staff and Gressoney did not disappoint. Our Inghams rep. Ricky-Lee told us on arrival to go and explore the Lys Valley, assuring us that there was plenty to see and... More
