My wife and I have just returned from Italy where we had the pleasure of staying at the Residenza d' Arte for six wonderful nights. Spectacular views, dramatic decor and warm friendly service from a family run top class Tuscan Inn made our visit unforgetable. Outstanding. more

We stayed at the Residenza d'Arte for 2 nights on our recent trip to Italy, a trip during which we traveled for a 9 days and then capped it by getting married in Assisi. We stayed here for the 3rd and 4th nights of our trip; having come from beautiful but hectic Florence, it was a wonderful respite from the... more

Stayed at Residenza for 2 nights in April. It was the most expensive accomodation out of 4 B&B we booked for our Italian holiday and the worst of all. Will start with the good points: Residenza D'Arte is located on a beautiful hill, in the middle of magic Tuscan countryside. The ambiance is truly unique and the art works exhibited... more

Reading this review it was been a real surprise for all of us because nothing like this can happen in our hotel. In fact we personally check the rooms after the daily cleaning of the waiters, and our linen and blankets are always clean and fresh. Sometime we think that some guests that have been charged for a late cancellation...

We spent 8 days at Residenza, and found that all of these positive comments about Eric, Francesca, Paggio and Ana are well deserved. They are genuinely and tirelessly gracious, upbeat and helpful. If you come to Tuscany wanting to wake to views across fertile fields of a nearby city where it looks like history has stood still, live in the... more

What a beautiful experience! The Rezidenza is beautiful--in artwork, views, charm, and warm hospitality. Four of us stayed a full week, using the inn as our home base and taking day trips from there. With the host's guidance, we were able to visit interesting ancient cities, beautiful vistas, and even a new outlet mall. We never left the inn too... more

It was fabulous as its tucked away from busy roads and big tourist attractions to make it a real tuscan retreat. It was very relaxing. The hosts were fabulous they let you know all the secrets to experience tuscany the real italian... more

I spent weeks researching Tuscany hotels and was captivated by the unique rooms and artwork of Residenza d'Arte. The website photos barely do the reality justice. The hotel is just outside Torrita di Siena (this is not the large city of Siena). The breakfast pavillion where you eat on warm days overlooks the walled city and both sunrise and sunset... more

We had a wonderful stay in this historic hotel with magnificent views of the Tuscan countryside. The hotel itself is unique, covered inside and out by wife Anna's art. The hosts, father, son, daughter and wife are exceptional in their graciousness, generosity and knowlege of the area. Each guests feels personally welcomed and catered to. Both father and son shared... more

My partner and I spent two nights at the Residenza d'Arte at the end of a lovely holiday in Italy. It was the cherry on the top of the cake - a wonderful blend of stylish and comfortable accommodation, a peaceful and relaxing setting, and warm hospitality. Enrico and Francesca are relaxed, friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area.... more

Residenza d'Arte was incredible! I have never seen such a unique bed and breakfast/hotel. Our room was the perfect size, had a great air conditioner, and a mini-fridge. All of the artwork is very sensual, passionate, and somewhat funky. Enrico and his sister were so cordial, helpful, and very welcoming to us. We enjoyed just relaxing on the property and... more
