We stayed here for two nights, our room was clean, spacious. This is a unique place I'm sure it's full of history because I've never seen a hotel like this. It'sbrick like a castle. Inside its clean and quaint. In the hallways there are mirrows at each end of the halls and I felt safe because of the security cameras in... more

This beautiful brick motel is located in a secure location. It is very comfortable and the rooms are large. The receptionist is very helpful with finding sights to see and restaurants. more

The hotel is lovely - it's just too far out of the way and difficult to find. Great room - huge and comfortable. Front desk staff so helpful. more

Staff was extremely friendly. Small breakfast offered, spotless. Bed was comfy. Room was huge. I loved that you could open the windows. Lots of restuarants on Midlothian Turnpike. Convenient location. I was very satisfied. more

Sub-standard accomodations - even for a 2 star hotel, but the worst of it is the way I was treated. Rather than move me to a satisfactory room, the manager lied to me about the availability of another room and, once caught in his lie, was not in the least concerned about me or my needs. Best Western was no... more

My family and I spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was wonderful!! The bed was very comfortable, even the pillows were in good shape. There was plenty of room for 4 of us. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The computer room was private and there is a printer right there. This hotel was... more

I stayed here with family members and everyone commented first on the very unique look of the place. The exterior and interior of the buildings and rooms include brick, stone, and woodwork, making for one of the most interesting hotel rooms I've seen. Why we would stay there again: +The breakfast room was spacious, attractive, and a comfortable place for... more

We stayed for one night at the Best Western Governor's Inn, while attending a Rubik's Cube Tournament at the hotel. When I saw that it was located directly behind a carwash, my expectations were not very high. At it did not disappoint -- it was mediocre at best. This hotel is exactly what you would expect for this price in... more

We booked a non-smoking room with a king bed. We got to the hotel and there was no non-smoking room. They were fully booked because they had a lightening-strike fire previously so one building was unusable. The staff was wonderfully helpful and apologetic and did everything they could to clear the smell of smoke out of the room they assigned us.... more

Stayed here for a business trip and was disapointed with the lack of amenities. The website states a bar and grill on site which was chained at the door. After an inquiry to when it would be open, was met with a hostile answer that it has been closed since the new year. Rooms were dirty and smelled awful. Watch... more
