We decided to stay with Albert and Dawn while visiting our son at VCU. What a great experience! The ambiance was second to none and the breakfast was extraordinary. Wish we had time to stay much longer at Grace Manor Inn. Wholeheartedly recommend this B&B!

This B&B is neat, clean and even has a pool. It's just off Monument Ave and about 3/4 mile from the Museum of Fine Arts. The walk to the Museum allows you to see all the stunning architecture of "The Fan" district along Monument Ave. It's also very close to VCU (but far enough away to not worry about loud... More

As part of our stay we had booked a Civil War Tour thru' Grace Manor but luckily this coincided with a reenactment of the famous Patrick Henry speech in St Johns Church Richmond. We were invited to this by Ray, the man who was to take us on our tour the next day, we were treated like 'Royalty' by getting... More

This was our second visit and it was wonderful both times. The Grace Manor Inn offers southern hospitality and elegance in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Innkeeper Albert is a great resource for the local sights and restaurants. The location of the inn is within walking distance of many historical attractions. Breakfast was delicious and contained various creative touches.

After reviewing the lodging options for a two night stay in Richmond, we landed on the Grace Manor Inn as our first choice. Location, furnishings, room size, and breakfast were all great. Albert confirmed that our restaurant selection for the evening was a top choice. Our only disappointment is that only one of our two nights could be accommodated there.... More

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful B&B 3 weeks ago while visiting our daughter for the weekend. We loved the location, very close to restaurants and points of interest, while right down the street from family. We stayed in the Fensterer-Davis Suite on the 2nd floor. Gorgeous room with a connecting sitting room which included a small frig,... More

We spent 2 nights on the 2nd floor suite. Absolutley wonderful!! Great atmosphere, decorations and some great books! Had a clawfoot tub for relaxing and a small but wonderful corner shower. Floors creak a bit but it's a older (1910) home. Owners were wonderful and really leave to your own. Downstairs is open rooms to relax and enjoy. Breakfast was... More

I was gifted a stay at this lovely B&B by the love of my life for a recent birthday celebration. Looking for a location that wasn't far from home but still felt like a retreat this beautiful home on Grace Street fit the bill. My suite (Fenterer-Davis) was well appointed, warm and inviting. Quite a luxury to have two rooms... More

The Grace Manor Inn is located in a beautiful part of Richmond and is ideally located for visiting local sights as well as the trendier areas. (Convenient parking in the back off an alley.) Host Albert is friendly and knowledgeable, and not afraid to offer his opinion about the merits (and lack thereof) of various restaurants and other attractions. The... More
