We stayed at the Grace for a wedding. We and other friends "took over" the inn. Albert and Dawn were very helpful - Dawn's breakfasts were the best. They are both good stewards of this gracious old home - I would be uncomfortable with small children there. However, we felt free as a group to enjoy all the living area.... more

The accomodations were wonderful. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a cheese plate. Everything you would look for in a guest room was supplied. Breakfast the next morning was incredible. more

We rate Grace Manor Inn as the best B&B we've stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few. Much more than a B&B; it's home away from home. Charming, restful, beautifully furnished. Our Hosts, Albert and Dawn, were extremely gracious and attentive to every need. The 3 (sometimes 4) course breakfasts are FIVE STAR! No other B&B we've stayed... more

Incredible B&B with elegant suites of rooms. Quiet, private, access to salt water pool and a great breakfast. The surprise is that it's right in the historic Fan District. more

Stayed in the carriage house for the first time at the Grace Manor Inn. The carriage house was just like having our own condo with a full kitchen, dinning room, living room, bathroom, and bedroom at the Grace Manor Inn. Would stay in the carriage house again. We enjoyed the new swimming pool, the boys, and Dawn and Albert. Breakfast... more

We chose the Grace Manor Inn because of the almost unanimous praise from other Trip Advisor reviewers. I joked with our innkeepers that they must be kept busy writing dozens of reports themselves (pardon the English humour). However we're pleased to say that the 141 people who gave a 5 star rating weren't wrong! We're happy to be the 142nd.... more

Four of us stayed at Grace Manor for the Exterra Atlantic Cup two weekends ago. Dawn and Albert were excellent hosts, the main house and carraige house suited our needs perfectly, and Dawn's breakfasts left us well-nurished for our athletic pursuits. We plan on returning to Grace Manor for next year's race. more

We've stayed at this fabulous, historic Inn many times while in Richmond, with each visit being just as wonderful an experience as the previous. The location is great, the hospitality unsurpassed, and the suites are quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts are an exquisite treat and the in-ground pool is a beautiful new addition. Everything is done right at Grace Manor.... more

My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway for our anniversary. The Inn is gorgeous and Albert and Dawn's hospitality is top notch. My husband told me that the breakfast had rave reviews and I thought to myself, exactly what can one do to breakfast? Well, after staying here, I will never ask that again......it was so wonderful, my mouth... more
