Four of us stayed at Grace Manor for the Exterra Atlantic Cup two weekends ago. Dawn and Albert were excellent hosts, the main house and carraige house suited our needs perfectly, and Dawn's breakfasts left us well-nurished for our athletic pursuits. Loved the B&B. My Mother and I went for 2 nights while I worked she had a wander around The Fan. I have never actually stopped in Richmond always just drove by on 95.
