Stayed at this hotel in May of 2007. It was an ok hotel, nothing spectacular. Rooms were not very clean, but weren't terribly filthy either. I travel to Richmond twice a year and would avoid staying here again. One staff member was extremely helpful, the other was not very friendly at all.
