The hotel is ok. Wifi is the slowest ever even if you pay $3.99 for the upgrade. The room was big and clean but don't expect high quality of materials. Overall was ok, I was happy to be able to take my pet there

Where do I begin, first off we open the door to the room and there was trash from previous guest on the floor and desk! The mirrored closet door was off and propped against the wall, the bathroom was filthy along with big pee stain on mattress cover! We were in a jam for a place to stay so asked... More

at 11:00PM no workers around except a hispanic lady who does several things from cleaning, service calls, to checking in. The front desk phone was taken off-hooked so no one can call the front desk. We arrived and the lady could not find our reservation and did not know how to use the computer to find a room for us.... More

If I could give them zeros I would. We booked this hotel several months ago partly on the TripAdvisor rating. It is clear that since this hotel advertises on TripAdvisor any negative comments are negated or ignored when rating. We arrived 8 pm Friday night after entire day travelling from NYC to find the room not completely ready. The only... More

I stayed at this hotel for 11 days in August, 2014. The staff are exceptional. Most of the rooms are renovated with new kitchens, bamboo floors and new bathrooms. The carpet is clean and there is a small breakfast of muffins, cereal, coffee and hot cocoa. Any issues with the room are taken care of quickly. The hotel is very... More

I'd stayed at this hotel for the same convention I was attending a few years ago and everything was fine. This time, it was just bad. Got off to a bad start when I got the wrong room type (I'd reserved two queens since I was staying with a friend). This was despite my coming to the hotel early knowing... More

Very nice staff, however when we entered a room we noticed a dirty wrapper on the desk that did not belong to us- not a great first impression. A closer look at the room revealed bugs (spotted 2 on the bed- of all places), an extremely dirty carpet, and semi-clean bathroom. Our bathroom sink clogged twice. Maintenance fixed it once,... This property is above average for the chain. Very bright and clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were quiet. Bed was high quality. Complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Location is handy for the western part of the Richmond area.

I was disappointed in the room I received. I selected this hotel because it was located in a safe part of Chesterfield county. The room had a musty smell to it. The first thing that I check is the bathroom to make sure it is clean. Unfortunately the bathroom had hair residue in the sink and the bath tub. By... More
