My stay at the Sleep Inn was a nice stay. I was indeed pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was. My wife and I went to a more expensive hotel the next day as well as a cruise and we still felt that the bed in the Sleep Inn was the most comfortable bed we slept on our trip.... More

I live in Portsmouth, VA and treated myself to a weekend getaway in Richmond, VA. I have stayed at Sleep Inns in Martinsburg, WV, Winchester, Va, and Roanoke, VA. I've always been pleased with the product of the brand and the reasonable rates. However, my stay in Richmond was less than satisfactory. When I arrived, I was greeted and welcomed... More

So I have never stayed in a Sleep Inn before this trip. I grew up in Mechanicsville, which is 5 mins from the hotel. I don't live there anymore but I visit a lot because of friends and family. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The lobby was nice and the staff was great! The only problem we had... More

We visited Richmond for the race and this hotel was very convenient to the location of the track. There was a slight smell in the lobby but the hotel was clean, the bed was super comfy and the staff was very friendly... especially the maid that was working the breakfast area. Would definitely stay again. The setup of the room... More

Made the mistake of staying at this Sleep Inn after having a wonderful experience at the Sleep Inn in North Carolina. This Sleep Inn was dirty and smelled smokey and musty. There were stains on the chairs and mold on the door frame in the bathroom and shower. Our air conditioner barely worked. I will NOT be staying at this... More

I read many of the reviews that were posted on tripadvisor.com of this hotel. My experience was not even close to those reviews. Our room on the first level stinks. I mean that literally not figuratively. We are conditioner vans look like they haven't been clean since they were installed probably back in 1970's. The exhaust in the bathroom is... More

Stayed here while I was in town for the NASCAR race weekend in April. Hotel worked out great, location was perfect, track was easy in and easy out (away from 95 and 295). Hotel was very nice, clean and neat. Staff was very helpful. The juice machine and coffee was available 24/7. Food Lion was right around the corner for... More

I'd love to give this 3 1/2 stars if I could. If you're looking for simply a comfortable place to sleep, this is the place for you. PROS: The property, rooms, and furnishings are on the older, worn, side but are clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a flat screen TV with good selection of channels, the internet was easy... More

After a disaster near by re: a hotel room we "defected" to Sleep Inn on E. Parham and it was like moving to the Taj Mahal. Friendly service, very clean room, comfortable. Everything worked. Nice Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Walmart across the road as well as Lowes. What a breath of fresh air compared to what we vacated.... More

We were extremely happy with our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. We had an excellent sleep in a comfortable bed. The hot continental breakfast offered with the stay was delicious with a good variety of food. Best of all was we used a coupon from the hotel... More
