After a mix up with the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel (I waited 45 mins) i finally took a cab to the hotel. Lori (Asst Manager) went over and beyond my expectations to accommodate my minor inconvenience. After taking care of my cab fare, she even bought me lunch... a fantastic artichoke, chicken and spinach flat bread... More

I was in town for a festival weekend and wanted a place as close to downtown as possible. I also wanted to burn some Hyatt points. This led me to the Hyatt Place Richmond Airport. It's the closest Hyatt Place to downtown which is six miles (a quick 10 minutes on I-64). I also wanted to try it because it... More

After leaving Hyatt andaz in savannah GA, we decided to use points to stop halfway on our journey home to New Jersey, and Richmond looked great. Wonderfully located right outside a huge shopping center and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We were greeted the second we walked in and were explained all the amenities the hotel had to offer.... More

The Hyatt Place brand has become one of our favorite places to stay. Although this is named as an airport hotel, it is not right next to the airport so does not suffer from the noise. Its location is just minutes from downtown Richmond and there are a half dozen restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were... More

Stayed overnight while attending a wedding in Richmond. Hotel was very clean and modern...however, the locals use it as a "party place", i.e. to have parties that they would not have to clean up after. Consequently, there was major noise - throughout the hotel. There were no less than three weekend parties going on in three separate rooms on different... More

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved every night! The room was really spacious and that really came in handy because of 3 kids! The hotel was really clean and also the rooms. I loved the location because there are nearby stores that are walking distance if you don't mind walking. There is a Target that... More

Great rooms and staff are very friendly. Food was good. Great living space in the room I had with really good wi-fi. For a business traveler from the the UK i was very impressed overall with the size and great value for money.

Two friends and I stayed in this hotel during a business trip. We stayed in separate rooms on separate floors, but all had the same impressions. First of all the hotel was immaculate, the rooms were generously sized, and the king sized bed was comfortable. The shower was the largest I've seen in a long time. The TV was huge.... More

Other than the elevator not working for a little while one day everything was pretty good. Breakfast is OK, about average actually. Pool is nothing special either, good for kids andlots of chlorine. I would stay here again, close to dining and other points of interest
