The Hyatt Place brand has become one of our favorite places to stay. Although this is named as an airport hotel, it is not right next to the airport so does not suffer from the noise. Its location is just minutes from downtown Richmond and there are a half dozen restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were... More

Stayed overnight while attending a wedding in Richmond. Hotel was very clean and modern...however, the locals use it as a "party place", i.e. to have parties that they would not have to clean up after. Consequently, there was major noise - throughout the hotel. There were no less than three weekend parties going on in three separate rooms on different... More

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved every night! The room was really spacious and that really came in handy because of 3 kids! The hotel was really clean and also the rooms. I loved the location because there are nearby stores that are walking distance if you don't mind walking. There is a Target that... More

Great rooms and staff are very friendly. Food was good. Great living space in the room I had with really good wi-fi. For a business traveler from the the UK i was very impressed overall with the size and great value for money.

Two friends and I stayed in this hotel during a business trip. We stayed in separate rooms on separate floors, but all had the same impressions. First of all the hotel was immaculate, the rooms were generously sized, and the king sized bed was comfortable. The shower was the largest I've seen in a long time. The TV was huge.... More

Other than the elevator not working for a little while one day everything was pretty good. Breakfast is OK, about average actually. Pool is nothing special either, good for kids andlots of chlorine. I would stay here again, close to dining and other points of interest

We had booked our room on Hyatt points, and the checkin lady did not know what she was doing. It took her 20 minutes to check us in, not to mention answering the phone 3 times while we were trying to check in. Then, they gave us a room that someone was already in and had plumbing problems. Then it... More

The staff at checkin were friendly and helpful. The room is modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked great. Large flat screen TV and free wifi. Fridge in every room. The workout room is decent and they have a small indoor pool. The free breakfast was pretty good the day I visited. The breakfast room... More

Since the day this Hyatt Place opened several years ago I have been a regular at this property. I'm always greeted with a warm friendly smile. This is one reason I keep going back. The room I received was a traditional Hyatt Place room nothing fancy but spacious enough and nice and clean. The pool located on the first floor... More
