We stopped here on our way back from Charleston. A very nice hotel with a great staff and close to wonderful restaurants. From the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping, all were very courteous and helpful. The staff has definitely been trained well in customer service.

The above reference hotel is located near the Capital and popular Shocko Slip and the Shocko Bottom area. Located across from the popular restaurant Tobacco Company and just a few blocks from another great restaurant The Hard Shell. We had a little problem with our reservation but front desk manager did a great job in resolving the matter.

Stayed here after booking through another third party site and was pleased with the stay. The hotel was walking distance to some really cool restaurants in a historic district. Staff was nice. The room was nice, although a bit small. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Richmond area.

From the gentleman who holds the door to the front desk, smiles are abundant, rooms are good, beds are soft and there are ample pillows, shower is screaming hot.. What else can,i ask for a 48" plasma tv, oh yeah they have that too... First time at omni, hope rest of country is the same, i am sold
