“OK but beware of strange smells”

This may be OK for an airport hotel but it is a way out of downtown Richmond if that's your interest. Plenty of parking and there is a large mall opposite so there are many chain dining options. “Consistent Brand”

As a Starwood platinum you learn that consistency is the best part of being a select member of any hotel group. This was a good experience and consistent quality and a wonderful fitness center. Truly appreciate the consistency of the four points brand.

“Helpful housekeeper”

I accidentally left my glasses on the chair in this hotel room. i called the hotel and they found the glasses and are mailing them to me. I really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Hotel was rather nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the staff and how nice they were. Check in and out ran very smooth. Slept well and I shall return when I am in the area again. Keep up the great work!

Stayed one night as we passed through on a road trip. Hotel was clean, quiet and had a very spacious room. We did not use any of the amenities but we could see the indoor pool from our room and it looked nice and large.

“For the price, a great stay”
