I was there on my business trip and I absolutely loved it. The people at front desk were always willing to help. The room was very quiet and comfortable. I will definitely be back. more

Upon entering the nonsmoking "Executive Suite," we went to check that the toilet worked and found a roach in the bathtub. Once smashed, it didn't look very roachy, so we figured a bug had gotten in or something. However, once we turned on the ancient air conditioner (to cool down the baking room; it was 93 degrees outside!), two more... more

They overcharged me for a room and when trying to get the situation settled they became abrupt once they knew the corporate office was involved. They were not helpful at all, very nasty would nto give me the managers name, once they heard I was goign to make a complaint a person by the name of Dave came on and... more

Great hotel for the price. For the amount of money you pay for the room it is a great deal Convenient location, and easy access to highways and byways. Will certainly return to this hotel. Nice room size and internet access and location are all a plus. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. If you're in the mood to... more

My girlfriend and I had to stay in the Richmond area for two nights during a job interview. This Days Inn we stayed at was sleazy and subppar. Our room stank of cigarette smoke although it was supposedly a non-smoking room. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in months, the shower curtain had mold spots on it,... more

I found my room to be clean and properly cleaned for the 4 days I stayed, but the wireless did not work in my room and repeated complaints got nowhere. rather than go thru the hassle of changing rooms, I just took my laptop to the lobby and used it there. The night clerk could care less about any requests,-... more

Stayed at this hotel for a "weekend/romantic getaway" because of the jacuzzi suites. The management/staff definitely do not pretend to speak English. The room was shabby and I felt like I was in a really badly rated pornography flick. I felt like I should have rented it by the hour rather than by the day. Being rather OCD, I had... more

When we got there, not only did the property look gross, but suspiciously there were mattresses piled up by the dumpsters outside. We had INTENDED to book at the Days Inn (Chesterfield), which is 5 miles down road (on Hugoenot Rd.) and which is actually pretty new and very nice. But we made a mistake and had accidentally booked at... more

I only stayed here because I was travelling with my dog and they allow pets. Other things they allow: filthy, uncleaned rooms, smoking in the supposedly 'non-smoking' rooms, long-term transients, crime in the parking lot (and who knows where else), disgusting bathrooms you'd be afraid to touch with gloves on, and so on. The place is run by non-English-speaking people... more
