Friendly staff on the front desk. The gave us a great rate. The room was very big, very clean. Even being right next to the freeway, it was very quiet. The free breakfast was decent and plentiful. Would definitely go back.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room had a refrig. and microwave. Beds were very comfortable. They offer a continental breakfast which saves time on the road. Definitely would recommend this motel.

Nothing special about this place, but it was fine for an inexpensive hotel. Friendly staff, clean room...I slept fine here and would do so again if visiting the Richmond area. It's a bit far from downtown, but is right on the Interstate.

We stayed here for a few hours on our way to Florida...we just needed a place to catch a couple hours of sleep. We checked in at 6:30am and the clerk told us that check-out was at 11, even though that was only a few hours, they still charged us full price for the room. The room was not great,... More

This hotel has some good points and bad points. Good points - the room and bathroom were clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Bad points - the "non-smoking" room had a definite smell of cigarette smoke. Apparently someone had been smoking in it and the necessary steps to totally remove the odor had not been taken. Yes, I should... More

I booked this for a Friday night. Had some difficulty finding an inexpensive room near Richmond. The place was conveniently located just off the expressway. Air conditioning was fine, and I slept well. Its a bit tired from the exterior, but linens were fine. Tv worked fine. This is not a luxury hotel. not many places to eat nearby. reception... More

This hotel needs work - paint, some tidying up. I arrived without a reservation (reservation was made for wrong dates - my fault not theirs), the guy who checked me in couldnt find the reservation, but as he was just covering for his colleague, she showed me to a room. I was shown to a room that looks out across... More
