I agree with the previous negative reviews. The desk clerks were not only rude but also lied to you. We have stayed here previously to attend a Richmond Braves game and therefore are familiar with the property. It was never this bad previously. Room was okay, just a little dark. The lobby was nice, and the desk staff were acceptable, but not overly welcoming. The hallways were very shabby and dank, and the area outside the elevator was disgusting, with pools of standing water, leaking ceiling, drenched carpets, and musty smell. The people there were rude! The internet wireless did not work, and they just said...too bad. The ceiling in the room looked as if it were about to fall down, it whole place smelled. And like others said, it was scary at night to walk across the street. more

I chose this hotel based on location and because it had a shuttle from the airport. As my plane got in at 11:30 p.m., I called to see about the shuttle and was told brusquely that "It only runs from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. anyway." My plane ended up delayed till the next morning at 9:30.
