The hoytel is quite far out of Richmond.It doesn't have a bar or restaurant,but offers free continental breakfast.There's a TGI's across the car park and offers 20% discount for guests at the hotel.The rooms were good and spacious and the beds very comfy.There was a coffee machine and a fridge to use.The bathroom was spacious,with toiletries and good towels.

Met by friendly manager at the desk, who asked if we could smell the cookies, and that to come back in 2 minutes and they would be ready. We did and they were good. Clean quiet room. Stayed here while in Richmond for daughter's graduation from UR.This hotel appeared to be recently refurbished and very clean. I've been to UR several times and found this hotel to be the best "bang for your buck." Nice staff and a decent comp. breakfast. Only negative was the bathroom was a little small.
