BEAUTIFUL LOBBY, CLEAN LARGE ROOMS, GOOD STAFF. rugs in hallway are in major need of cleaning as noted by another visitor.. Got room thru Starwood points, so can't complain about price. This hotel has seen better days. It looks run down in areas and the service is hit or miss. Some of the front desk staff are helpful and courteous, others not at all.
