My three boys and I stayed at the Sheraton Park South in April and had a great time. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. We ordered room service and it was very good. The breakfast buffet was good, too. Denise Walters is a great asset to the hotel. She was so helpful in booking our reservation and helping us... more

I booked a king bed, traditional room in advance. Showed up the day of my reservation, guess what, no king beds. Trainee asked if I would accept a room with 2 doubles. I said I would with a rate break. Trainee called clerk over, clerk said nope. I explained I had reserved a king size, she said I had not,... more

BEAUTIFUL LOBBY, CLEAN LARGE ROOMS, GOOD STAFF. rugs in hallway are in major need of cleaning as noted by another visitor.. Got room thru Starwood points, so can't complain about price. Wish breakfast was included. Only stayed one night and it seemed quiet enough. Would stay again for free...... more

The filth on the logo welcome mat in the lobby should be a tip-off. If not that, the filth on the walls of the elevator. Or perhaps the musty smell of your room that only Howard Carter (the discoverer of Tut's tomb) could appreciate. Need more? How about the shower stall (had a handicap room) still soaking wet from the... more

First, the front desk staff at this hotel was very friendly. I was greeted by name and they gave me a great room for my family. The room they gave us was on the 6th floor and had a nice view of the outdoor pool and park like setting that is in the back of the hotel. We only stayed... more

My six year old son had surgery on a Friday morning so he and I stayed at this Sheraton the night before. I was a little apprehensive because of the reviews, and thought about staying at the nearby Holiday Inn Koger South; however, their indoor pool was not very attractive looking. So, we stayed at the Sheraton. I really liked... more

This hotel has seen better days. It looks run down in areas and the service is hit or miss. Some of the front desk staff are helpful and courteous, others not at all. On more than one occassion getting towels at the pool was difficult. Breakfast in the restaurant was quite bland. There were 3 weddings going on the weekend... more
