I've now stayed here about 10 times since 2005, and unfortunately the service (and accomodations) have degraded consistently. This past stay, I had issues with my room, refrigerator, air conditioning, hotel management, and (especially) the housekeeping. As a weekly business traveler, next time I'll take my business elsewhere. more
