Relatively convenient location, a little dated but clean, couldn't get extra pillows at around 10PM (desk attendant stated no housekeeping staff available and they had no access), breakfast was AWESOME! Gladys is warm, welcoming, and perfectly hospitable. She was the highlight of our stay. If you go, ask her to make you a waffle! Would stay here again.

This Quality Inn is in a great location and offers a wonderful price for what you receive. The best is the free breakfast, and mostly because of Gladys, the breakfast hostess. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and affordable. Front desk service was friendly. Breakfast included a variety of items and the breakfast service there by Gladys was fantastic! Thanks for a great experience.

In June 2015 our sports team booked and stayed at Quality Inn West End. Upon checking in, we were given a non-smoking room on the sixth floor. Gladys was highly professional, serviceable and had a warm personality. She treated all of the guests with respect and kindness. We were all blown away by the wonderful service she provided. The manager was smart in hiring her and may want to strongly consider giving her a raise and promotion. Great job!

While on a vacation traveling with Diamond Tours our church was scheduled to stay here one night. Let's just say it was totally unacceptable. We had about rooms reserved. We arrived after 5 pm. We have come from overseas and booked the hotel from booking.com. Everything was ready when we reached. The hotel is very close to the areas where you can find shopping and other centers. We liked staff for their helpfull behaviour. I advise people to stay at this hotel. I hope that they can make their own comments.

I took a tour group to this hotel June 7,2015. Upon arrival the staff were ready with all of the keys in alphabetical order, they were most kind and accommodating.
