Stayed on the third floor - no ice machine and guest laundry gave the corridor a strange smell. Room was decent enough for the price. Its a little way out of Richmond. This guest was moved after complaining of a smoke smell in a non-smoking room. We do charge a fee for smoking in a non-smoking room and we do our best to prevent this, however, some guests still choose to disregard this.
