Close friend of mine stayed in this hotel and he found its not good for family stay. Rest rooms are not so good and somehow it's in shape.. thats all... Bed is not at all comfortable but can be managed. On the whole you will get what you paid for.

We have good luck with Choice hotels,but not this time. We first had reservations at a Comfort Inn also on W.Broad. Sketchy part of town. Due to outside construction, no water. Went to the Quality Inn. Dark and dreary, although they are renovating. Maybe next year.

We stayed here with or 11 month old daughter. Bed bugs crawled up my leg from the bed and I turned to the sink and it was covered in roaches!!! They still have not reimbursed us for our damages! And their corporate offices will do nothing to enforce good business practices. Beyond disappointed.

We were disappointed with this hotel. We were placed on a floor for smokers and it reeked of smoke. We had to pay additional money for non-smoking rooms. Writing this review at 4am. Our room felt like an oven when we arrived yesterday at 5pm. Turned on AC immediately and set at 65 to try to cool it off. Before bed still warm, turned AC all the way down, and as I said it is now 4am. It's cheap! I guess you really do get what you pay... More

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to the States. It was ok. The hotel seems to be under major remodeling, so I would expect it to be better by the next time I visit. I stayed 2 nights. For the price paid, the accomodations were good.

horrible!! even though I read previous reviews of roaches and unclean I gave hotel benefit of doubt. several issues: elevator dirty, the first room they gave us beds were not made, 2nd room black dirt in bathtub/toilet dirty, 3rd and final room roaches everywhere.
