This is a good very well run, extremely good value for money, charming little seaside hotel. Would highly recommend. We stayed for 2 nights - one night with a balcony and a seaview and second night we had to move to a ground floor room with a terrace which also had a seaview (sideview) and was a good little find!!... We stayed one night, Castellomare randomly chosen as close to the airport in Palermo. What a cute town! Next time I'd like to try the hotel itself, but the Badia annex is clean, modern, well-appointed, and only a few blocks (albeit UPHILL) away. Parking included - huge plus in Sicily - at the hotel, as is a massive breakfast buffet.... More

We had room 203 at the front of the hotel which had a small balcony with a delightful view of the harbour. If you can, definitely recommend going for one of these rooms as the views of the bay in the day and at night are lovely. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with all that you would expect from... Stayed on a Saturday night and struggled to get sleep because of the noise both outside and in the hotel. Room has nice views of harbour from the balcony, but not directly from the bed. Room was clean, service friendly. Breakfast average. Garage is underground and very hard to get in and out of.

Dear Guest, we are very sorry to read your negative review, especially because the noise that you heard last Saturday night was caused by a couple of guests who stayed in the room next to yours. We are not responsible for all our guests’ behavior, unfortunately these guest had some trouble and they quarreled aloud for about one hour but... More

Most of the reviews will tell you about the location, good restaurants, tasty breakfast, very helpful service and the clean, spacious rooms. Agreed! Our room was a sea view room in the front. We were able to open the bathroom window along with the balcony doors and it was just about paradise. A nice gentle breeze flowed through the room... More

Stayed here 9 days which would probably be too long for the average traveller but we did 2-3 days beach and then a trip, There are plentiful nice restaurants in the port and if you want to see the sunset from on high a lovely pizzeria on the cliffs within walking distance. The hotel was clean, friendly and quiet but... More

I was supposed to stay at Cala Marina only for few night, but because of the great location and service we decided to extend for 2 extra nights. I really loved the hotel: it's cosy and comfortable with a nice view on the charming harbor; the staff was superb: welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a romantic terrace where to stay, enjoying the freshness of the night and the smell of the sea. It was perfect at breakfast! Many thanks to everybody there!!

The hotel has nice location just on the harbour (which is beautiful), few meters away from the restaurants area and the city center. Though, we found it very quiet and got no issue in sleeping. Rooms are nice and clean, also quite large and nicely furnished. Service is helpful and friendly. There is quite some free parking space in the... More
