This place is exceptional in every way. Natalia and Mario are extremely gracious hosts that go out of their way to make your stay wonderful and memorable. You also must try the dinner- wow! Several appetizers, cheese/meats, homemade pasta. Porcceta and dessert... My only advice is to pace yourself :) The breakfast as well was exceptional. We stayed in a... More

The best part of this agriturismo is definitely its restaurant! What an experience to enjoy this delicious 4 courses menu of gallurese traditional cooking. Natalia and her husband are very kind host. We enjoyed our stay in the private villa, a perfect housing for a family. The heated swimming pool was also a real plus for our early season vacation.... More

We never stayed in an agriturismo before so this was an experience for us. The owners are lovely and made us feel welcome. The room was charming and so clean. It was amazingly good value. The breakfast was so filling also. We did not expect this kind of stay and would consider it in the future. The restaurant is amazing... More

Our second stay at the beautiful Saltara Agiturismo. The owners Natalia and Gian Mario make this holiday stay simply fantastic, so much so that we actually got married and had our honeymoon here! This place is peaceful and tranquil by day and busily by evening in the stunning outdoor restaurant. The food is incredible, exceptional quality, good value for money... More

We went to Sardinia in August with our 3 old son and stayed at this wonderful agriturismo. Lovely garden, amazing food, wonderful service, nice looking rooms (bungalows), amazing garden well kept by the owner's mother ! Perfect little swimming pool. Just big enough for a few laps and to swim with kids. I would definitely go back. I would even... More

We had a very relaxing stay at Saltara. As others have mentioned Natalia and Gian Mario were very welcoming and went beyond the call of duty to assist us. Their advice and directions for local attractions was extremely useful. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant, whether the suckling pig or the bread cooked in the wood fired ovens... More

One of the nicest place we were in Sardinia. Gian Mario and Natalia gave us a very warm welcome and could make us feel at home within this sumptuous agriturismo. Their fruitful advices helped us to explore most of the area and fully enjoy our stay in Northern Sardinia. Bungalows are set under mediterranean trees and offer a truly relaxing... More

Natalia and Gian Mario were wonderful hosts. We've stayed at other farms (poderes in Tuscany etc) where the hosts seemed to be feigning hospitality but at Saltara it feels genuine. Natalia's recommendations were helpful and spot on. The bungalows are basic and charming. Ours had an unexpected perk of a shower with extra heads and an in built radio. The... More
