The hotel is basic but has everything you need to enjoy the trip and enjoy exploring the beaches of southern sardinia. We have just returned from having spend 2 weeks at the Marepineta hotel. The hotel is set in lovely peaceful surronding but the mainetence of the place let it down, the swimming pool was only cleaned once in the 2 weeks. Went to Sardinia with crystal holidays. Awful time, hotel in brochure was picture of Flamingo (sister hotel) and not the Mare Pinta. Very disappointing hotel. Rooms were spartan, no kettle or tea making facilities,very little natural light.
