We loved our stay here. We requested a spot by the creek, and it was well worth the extra $5. The creek and park itself are just beautiful. It is quiet there and everyone is very friendly. We enjoyed fishing and taking evening walks. I love that this place is centrally located to so many great places. Fredericksburg, San Antonio... More

If your looking for a campground that is well maintained, beautiful, peaceful, and easy to get to, this is the best one. Many have shade. There is a nice club house, meeting room, laundry, restrooms, and cabins for those who need them! At least once, come here to unwind and rest!

My husband and I stayed at Miller Creek RV this past weekend for our anniversary and it was a wonderful stay. The park is clean and owners are friendly. The only complaint I have is that one of the permanent residents rides a Harley and 6:15 am on Monday morning we were blown out of bed by racking Harley pipes..... More

We came here with campers and stayed in a cabin. The park was very clean and safe, a nice safe place to stay while we explored the wine/ wildflower tour on 290. That said, our complaints are these; The cabin, while clean, lacked some basic necessities, this was a cabin for 2 on the creek. The cabin was equipped with... More

This is the third time I have stayed at this RV Park. Rented a cabin for two months. It is always like returning home and catching up with old friends. The owner, Paul, is constantly on site, working, maintaining and making improvements. Very peaceful surroundings. Traveling as a single women, I have always felt safe. Paul runs a tight ship.... We went out for a week over July 4th and the experience was so good that we came back every weekend in July. Even tho the creek was low, the park gave us plenty of peaceful enjoyment. It was nice to have an evening fire and enjoy the company of other campers in the park - everyone is friendly :)... More

This is a small but very friendly campground. Staff are very helpful and eager to please. Don't miss the early morning and late afternoon gatherings at the watering hole. All the regulars show up there and you can get some valuable advise on things to do in the area. The owner is there every morning and night to talk with... More

Not exactly close to Frederickburg, but centrally located to the state parks, San Antonio, and wineries. We really loved the indoor campfire in the "bar". We were able to meet other campers and discuss several side trips in the area. We probably would have missed Luchenbach if we had been encouraged by fellow campers to go. It turned out to... More
