We stayed here for 2 nights in a room by the pool and loved it so much we came back 3 days later and were given an upgraded room with a sea view and which was absolutely stunning. There is loads of room by the pool to relax, on the lovely, comfy beds and the restaurant is excellent. I hope... More

Came to Petra Segreta for the first week of August on honeymoon and had an unforgettable trip. Located in the hills above Costa Smerelda, it's perfectly located for access to all the beaches of note while also being secluded in what is a very busy coastline. The staff are fantastic and very helpful when it comes to sniffing out local... More

Where to start? Good bits first. The setting is stunning and the views over the restaurant terrace and extending lawn were beautiful. Most of the staff were courteous, but got frostier and more aloof as you went up the chain of command. Foot soldiers Pavlo and Albert stand out as real gems but it seemed like the suits who swanned... More

We only spent a night in a junior suite but the experience was very satisfying. The hotel is situated up in the "hills" away from the main road. Extremely peaceful and beautiful location with a view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The hotel is very well maintained and the decor warm with obviously much thought put into the entire... My fiancé and I stayed at Petra Segreta for 4 nights recently. We both thought the hotel was very good, not quite exceptional though. We had a basic room, but it was very nicely appointed. The cleaning was done efficiently and effectively. The grounds and view are really quite spectacular. A great place to relax. The pool is very nice... More

Stayed here for five nights recently and would definitely recommend the hotel to those looking for something a little different to the usual offering in Sardinia. Petra Segreta has a more unique, personal and intimate feel than other hotels on the island, and well as a view to rival them all! It is set back a little from all the... More

Don't get me wrong, it is a nice hotel with a beautiful view. My feedback is concerned with the value you get for your money. 600€ a night (junior suite) is not appropriate at all. It was half a bungalow where you could hear your neighbours all the time. Not coming close to anything you would expect from a suite.... More

This Relais & Chateaux really deserve this excellence label. The location of the hotel is amazing with views on both the sea and the mountains. Style is a mix of ethnic And Sardinian furnitures which suits well ! Competent, smily and friendly staff. Restaurant Fuoco sacro was revisiting classical italian dishes with a good sommelier.

Where to begin a this review of Petra Segreta?? This was a visit of so many contrasts that it is difficult to list all the feelings we have about our recent four day visit. We selected this hotel/resort solely based on their affiliation with Relais and Chateau, as R&C has always been a very dependable source for exquisite vacation experiences.... More

Dear Mr Alfred, I always thank our customers for the reviews, for good and bad reviews . The only thing that gets me a little bit annoyed is when people do not write true things... You did NOT book two standard suites, you booked two standard double rooms... On all the websites there is a full description of our rooms,... More

We had a great night and also a great dinner in the gourmet restaurant with a great view. Don't be disturbed that giant glass windows separate you from the outside while eating. You still have the great view, but it sometimes tends to be a little windy up on the mountain. The staff even opened the spa only for us... More
