Sporting Porto Rotondo is to avoid in peak season (August rates are just ridiculous and for that money you can do a round the world trip). beautiful location, very friendly staff, excellent beach service (Paul ). All very nice. the rooms are clean. Good food. Swimming pool is a bit small, but is very clean. You can see turtles around the green. Back next year with friends.

This is a wonderful hotel, great location, nice rooms and a friendly staff, however the breakfast offering for a 5 star hotel was very poor. we were told by a good friend to go to this hotel while we visited porto rotondo... my husband is a boat lover so he insisted in staying here for two nights...as it is right next to the pier. the staff was delightfull reception, restaurant, hotel private beach, room service...
