Su Gologone lived up to it's fabulous reputation. We only stayed one night, but, it was memorable. Our room was decorated beautifully with Sardinian textiles, and lovely furniture. The room was large, and had a terrace with a table for two and mountain views. The bathroom was beautifully tiled, with a large shower, fluffy terry robes, and lovely toiletries. The... More

Interesting place. Beautifully decorated. Staff generally well-mannered. In the restaurant the portions were big but the cooking was unimaginative and lacking in flavour. Some problems of maintenance starting to show at the pool, in the bedroom and bathroom. Things went seriously downhill on Friday when a medical congress occupied the hotel. Pounding pop band playing outside our room at 1... More

The names of this place - a resort, a hotel, an experience - reveal its many personalities. The artist-in-residence may have too much time on her hands, but she is talented, and there is art everywhere - in the trees, on the rocks, in the hotels many nooks, just everywhere. All the human endeavor in this magnificent setting pits man's... More

This place doesn't need my review to recognise how good it is. Amazing hotel with great service, superb restaurant with great food. Hotel itsn cheap but the bath tube in room balcony with great view worth the price.

Loved the hotel but only after we had time to relax into it and get feel for all the different places that are part of the complex. We arrived early evening and it all seemed completely overwhelming as there is so much to see around the hotel and also how it sprawls, lots of levels, steps, places to sit out... More

Su Gologone is a exeptional hotel in a stunning setting. The fact that this hotel is expetional is in the fact that it is build like a small village with a lot of surprising corners. Rooms were clean, food was good, everything OK, but we missed that extra touch of refinement. Staff very friendly, but a few extra in the... More

Beautiful hotel full of flowers, intimate corners to sunbath or hae a drink. excellent service and good country food. We were upgraded to a suite (thank you Su Gorlogone) perfect next to the vegetable terraces and cacti gardens.Lovely area. Only slight comment is that a large wedding, and a large group did not sit so well with the atmosphere but... More

We absolutely loved our stay at Su Gologone. Our only regret is that we didn't plan to stay here longer! It is a one of a kind hotel. There is so much to explore. Every room is unique and there are so many amazing spots to relax and ponder, or read, or sketch, or swim or eat or just chill... More

All I can say that staying in this place is a wonderful experience. We stayed 2 nights, and I think that is really enough to discover this wonderful place. The pool area is nice, but having to drive a minimum of 1 hour to the wonderful white beaches with crystal blue water is probably not very practical to do every... More

We stayed here for three nights in August and used it as a base for hill-walking in the surrounding area. It truly is a beautiful hotel, lovingly curated by its friendly staff. The description "living museum and art gallery" suits it well. Despite having nearly 100 rooms, it comes across as an intimate, cosy place because it is spread over... More
