Nearest Marriott to Tsongas Arena - about 2 miles away. Outside hotel is very nice - Colonial looking and very attractive. Sparkly clean and well-kept. Lobby is a bit small, but very well-appointed. One elevator - on the small side. My room was 232, next to stairway, so I used stairs. My room was an L shape, and the sofa,... More

staff was very friendly and helpful. Found a better rate for me when checking in than the one I originally booked. Saved 30 bucks per night! Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. Close to all highways.

Very comfortable hotel with Colonial appearance/feel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful during our 4 day stay. Convenient location right off the Lowell connector. Would stay here again when we come back to visit and recommend to others.

Most Courtyards I stay in are in Asia, where they are basically built and operated to the Marriott spec, so I am always a little disappointed with the US version. But this one seemed a little more beige than others. It just had nothing. My room looked over the swimming pool, covered for the winter, and it felt like the... More

We stayed here Oct 30 (1night) from out of state for a Halloween party. We found the room nice. Although we are not world travelers, we do travel the east coast and stay in various hotels. Upon arrival i asked where the coffee station was and was told there wasnt one. Whoever heard of that I ask???? The sofa bed... More

Since this hotel is built into an old style building, it has some of the smallest hotel rooms I've seen in the US. The smaller rooms while not an issue for solo travelers can become a bit annoying for couples or families. As with the Courtyard brand there is no concierge lounge or free breakfast, so even if your Platinum... More

After reading the reviews on this property we as open minded experienced travelers fully agree with the negative comments . We booked this property well in advance to enjoy a central location for Fall foliage viewing. We received a handicap room which had no chairs and an awkward layout. The room ,108, on the first floor was very noisy you... More

The staff here is wonderful everyone from the managers to the breakfast team was just excellent! I love the older New England look and feel. Marcia was great in the breakfast area and the Managers Cristal and Mike are really awesome. Housekeeping here is really detailed as well.
